1. Use Installer C-3716-A and Handle (special tool #C-4171, Driver Handle, Universal) to install the bearings onto the carrier (both sides).

2. Install the side gears (2) and shims (3) onto the carrier. Refer to Fig 2.

3. Place the pinion gears (3) onto the side gears with the correct shims (1). Refer to Fig 3.
4. Roll into place.

5. Install the pinion shaft (2). Refer to Fig 4.

6. Use a new roll pin (3). Refer to Fig 5.

7. Install the roll pin (3) using a pin punch (1). Refer to Fig 6.
