NOTE:

Before proceeding. Refer to Warning .

Siphon as much fluid as possible from power steering fluid reservoir.
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Hoisting, Standard Procedure .
Remove the power steering line retaining bracket bolt (2).

Remove the pressure line (2) at the pump.

Remove the return hose (1) at the return tube (2).

Remove the return tube (1) at the steering gear (3).
Remove the pressure hose (2) at the steering gear (3).

Remove the fasteners (1) securing the power steering hose routing clamps (2) to the crossmember.
Remove the power steering pressure hose from the vehicle.
