VALVE, Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Airflow Control: Installation: Installation

1. Clean the gasket surface areas.
2. Using a new gasket, install EGR air control valve (9). Tighten bolts (2) to 13 N.m (115 in. lbs.).

3. Connect air control valve harness (2).

4. Connect air tube (2) to air control valve (1) and securely tighten clamp (3).
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
