Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
CAN C BUS OPEN OR SHORTED CONDITION
NO POWER TO VEHICLE SECURITY CONTROL MODULE (SKREEM/WCM) MODULE UNPLUGGED OR OPEN FUSE
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. See  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure  .
