(T13) SPEED SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN
(T13) SPEED SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(T13) SPEED SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. See  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure  .
