Engine Block: FLEXPLATE: Installation: Installation

- Position the flexplate onto the crankshaft and install the bolts hand tight.
- Tighten the flexplate retaining bolts to 95 N.m (70 ft. lbs.) in the sequence shown in Fig 1 .
- Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission and Transfer Case/Automatic - NAG1 - Installation or Transmission and Transfer Case/Automatic - 45RFE/545RFE - Installation .
