ANTENNA, Remote Start: Installation: Installation

The Remote Start Antenna Module Assembly consists of an electrical connection to the WIN (1), a length of coax cable (2), mounting clips or tie wraps (3) and (4), and a control module/antenna (5).

  1. Route coax cable (2) through openings on instrument panel.

  2. Position module (3) to IP mounting pins (2). Module snaps on.

  3. Connect coax cable electrical connector (2) to WIN (1).

  4. Connect new coax cable tie wraps (3) and (4) to instrument panel.
  5. Install radio. Refer to RADIO .

  6. Install one key cylinder housing torx screw (1). Finger tighten only.

  7. Install two key cylinder housing torx screws (2). Now tighten all three mounting screws.

  8. Install silencer pad (1) (two screws).

  9. Install knee blocker (1).
  10. Install plastic bezel at ignition switch. Bezel snap on.
  11. Install plastic bezel over IP cluster. Bezel snap on.
  12. Install glove box.
  13. Connect negative battery cable.
