Speed Control Servo

Position servo to mounting bracket.

1 - SERVO MOUNTING NUTS (2)

3 - CABLE RETAINING CLIP

4 - SERVO CABLE AND SLEEVE

Align hole in cable connector with hole in servo pin. Install cable-to-servo retaining clip (3).
Insert servo mounting studs through holes in servo mounting bracket.

Install servo-to-mounting bracket nuts (1) and tighten. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

Install servo mounting bracket-to-body nuts (3) and tighten. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Connect vacuum line (2) at servo.
Connect electrical connector (6) at servo.
Connect servo cable to throttle body. Refer to CABLE - SPEED CONTROL for Removal/Installation instructions.
Install coolant bottle.
Connect negative battery cable to battery.
Before starting engine, operate accelerator pedal to check for any binding.
