Rear Driveline Module

- Raise vehicle on a hoist.
- Remove the rear tires.
- Remove the drain plug (1) and drain the fluid from the rear driveline module.
- Remove the rear propeller shaft. See REMOVAL .

- Remove right side sway bar nut (1) if equipped.

- Remove left side sway bar nut (1) if equipped.

- Roll sway bar (2) down and out of the way if equipped.

- Remove the left side stay bracket bolts (1).

- Remove the right side stay bracket bolts (1).
- Remove the exhaust system up to the catalytic converter. Refer to REMOVAL
.
- Support the rear driveline module with a transmission jack.

- Remove the rear bolt (1) at the driveline module.

- Remove the two side bolts (1) at driveline module (3).

- Lower driveline module enough to gain access to the electrical connector and bracket.
- Remove the routing bracket bolt.
- Unplug the electrical connector (1).
- Remove breather hose off of ECC.

- Lower the driveline module (1).
- Disengage both halfshafts (2).
- Remove driveline module.
- Remove the ECC bolts.
- Separate the ECC from the RDA.
