3.0L Diesel

  1. Remove the engine top cover.
  2. Remove the battery. Refer to REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the battery tray. Refer to REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the inner cooler muffler mounting bolts.
  5. Remove the drive belt. Refer to REMOVAL .
  6. Siphon the power steering system.
  7. Remove the pressure line at the pump.
  8. Remove the supply line at the pump.
  9. Remove the pump mounting bolts.

  10. Remove the pump (1) from the vehicle.
  11. Transfer the brackets (2) if necessary.
