Latch - Power Liftgate: Removal: Latch

  1. Remove the liftgate lower trim panel. Refer to REMOVAL .
  2. Disengage outside handle link (1) from clip on latch (3).
  3. Disconnect wire connectors (2) from liftgate latch (3).

  4. Remove screws (2) attaching latch (3) to liftgate (1).
  5. Remove latch from vehicle.
