2.8L TURBODIESEL

1 - CAMSHAFT POSITION (CMP) SENSOR
  1. Lubricate O-ring on new CMP sensor (1) and install in cylinder head cover/intake manifold. See Figure.
  2. Install retaining bolts. Torque to 11 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
  3. Connect sensor electrical connector.
  4. Install engine cover. Refer to appropriate ENGINE - SERVICE INFORMATION article.
  5. Connect negative battery cable.
