Battery Tray: Installation

Clean and inspect the battery tray (1). (Refer to ELECTRICAL/BATTERY SYSTEM - CLEANING) .
Position the battery tray (1) onto the weld studs on the front extension of the left front wheelhouse inner panel.
Install the three nuts (2) that secure the battery tray (1) to the weld studs on the front extension of the left front wheelhouse inner panel. Tighten the nuts to 7 N.m (65 in. lbs.).
Install the PDC on the battery tray.
Install the battery onto the battery tray. (Refer to ELECTRICAL/BATTERY SYSTEM/BATTERY - INSTALLATION) .
