Heater-Engine Block: Installation: 4.7L
| 1 - ENGINE BLOCK HEATER |
- Thoroughly clean cylinder block core hole and block heater seat.
- Insert block heater assembly with element loop pointing at twelve o'clock.
- With block heater fully seated, tighten center screw to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.) torque.
- Refill cooling system. Refer to appropriate procedure under STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Start and warm the engine. Check for leaks.
