Outboard Ducts

NOTE: Take the proper precautions to protect the face of the instrument panel from cosmetic damage while performing this procedure.

NOTE: LHD model shown in illustrations. RHD model similar.

Remove the instrument panel and place it on a workbench. Refer to REMOVAL .
Remove the instrument panel top cover (1) from the instrument panel.
Remove the screws that secure the passenger side instrument panel duct and demister duct assembly (2) and the driver side instrument panel duct and demister duct assembly (3) to the instrument panel top cover.
Disconnect the instrument panel ducts from the main distribution duct (4) and the end outlets (5) and remove the ducts from the instrument panel top cover.
