Sensor-Front Wheel Speed: Installation

- Reconnect the wheel speed sensor wire connector (1).
- Reroute and connect the wheel speed sensor wire to the routing clips (2).
- Install the wheel speed sensor into the hub (3) and the install the mounting bolt (2) and tighten the nut to 12-14 N.m (106-124 in. lbs.).
- Check the sensor wire routing (1). Be sure the wire is clear of all chassis components and is not twisted or kinked at any spot.
- Install the disc brake rotor. (Refer to BRAKES/HYDRAULIC/MECHANICAL/ROTORS - INSTALLATION) .
- Install the caliper adaptor over the rotor.
- Install the caliper adaptor bolts and tighten to 90-115 N.m (66-85 ft. lbs.). (Refer to BRAKES/HYDRAULIC/MECHANICAL/DISC BRAKE CALIPERS - INSTALLATION) .
- Install the tire and wheel assembly.
- Remove the support and lower vehicle.
