Front Control Module: Installation
WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan, 2002 Dodge Caravan, 2002 Chrysler Voyager, 2002 Chrysler Town & Country, and 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan. - Install FCM into the IPM. Install and tighten FCM mounting screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Rotate the IPM assembly downward to secure in mounting bracket.
- Using the DRBIII®, select Front Control Module, then MISC. Follow instructions on the DRBIII® and program the EQ curve of the radio into the FCM. Install battery and reconnect battery cables.
NOTE:
The FCM must be programmed to the correct radio EQ curve using the DRBIII®. This will ensure that the audio system is operating correctly.
