Suspension System: Front: Shock: Removal

  1. Remove the nut, retainer and grommet from the upper stud through engine compartment access hole. See Fig 1.

    1 - RETAINER
    2 - GROMMET
    3 - SHOCK
    4 - FRONT AXLE
  2. Remove the lower nuts and bolts from the axle bracket and remove the shock absorber.
