Section 150 (Power Liftgate System): Hinge: Removal

NOTE:
It is not necessary to remove the liftgate to replace one or both hinges. The hinges can be replaced one at a time.
- Open and support the liftgate.
- Remove the upper liftgate opening trim panel. (Refer to LIFTGATE OPENING UPPER TRIM )
- Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the hinge location.
- Remove the hinge screws and remove the hinge. (Fig 1 ) and (Fig 2 )
