Battery Tray: Description
The battery is placed in a molded plastic tray located in the left front corner of the engine compartment. The battery hold down hardware is contained within the battery tray. A hole in the bottom of the battery tray is fitted with a battery temperature sensor. Refer to GENERATORS & REGULATORS article for more information on the battery temperature sensor. Refer to BATTERY HOLDDOWN down for more information on hold down hardware.
