HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit): Installation

NOTE: If the CAB is being replaced with a new CAB is must be reprogrammed with the use of a DRB III.

Install HCU/CAB on the mounting studs.
Install mounting nuts. Tighten to 14.1 N.m (125 in. lbs.)
Install brake lines to the HCU and tighten to 20 N.m (180 in. lbs.).
Install wiring harness connector to the CAB and push down on the release to secure the connector.
Install negative battery cable to the battery.
Bleed ABS brake system. See BLEEDING .
