Adjustable Pedal Verification Test VER 1

  1. If the Adjustable Pedal Module was replaced, program two pedal positions if equipped with memory function.
  2. Activate the Adjustable Pedal through the full range of movement.
  3. Verify that the Adjustable Pedal system is disabled with the vehicle in Reverse.
  4. Verify that the Adjustable Pedal system is disabled with Speed Control activated.
  5. Using the DRBIII(R), erase DTCs.
  6. Using the DRBIII(R), read DTCs. Are any DTC's present or is the original complaint still present? If yes, repair is not complete. See RETRIEVING & CLEARING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM in BODY CONTROL MODULES - GRAND CHEROKEE (2002) or BODY DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES (2003). If no, repair is complete.
