Low-Reverse Band

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Drain transmission fluid, and remove oil pan. Locate adjusting screw on rear servo lever. See Fig 1 . Loosen adjusting screw lock nut, and back off 5-6 turns. Ensure adjusting screw turns freely in lever.
  2. On 30RH, tighten adjusting screw to 44 INCH lbs. (5 N.m). Back off adjusting screw 7 turns. On 32RH, tighten adjusting screw to 71 INCH lbs. (8 N.m). Back off adjusting screw 4 turns. On all models, hold adjusting screw in position and tighten lock nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Install oil pan, and fill transmission with appropriate fluid. See RECOMMENDED FLUIDS  .
