Cruise Control Servo
Vacuum operated cruise control system is electronically controlled by PCM. Controls are located on steering wheel and consist of 2 separate switch pods. The switches use multiplexed circuits to provide input to the PCM for OFF/ON, SET/DECEL, RESUME/ACCEL and CANCEL modes PCM controls vacuum and vent solenoids, located inside cruise control servo, when operating cruise control system. System will operate at 35-85 MPH. When brake pedal is depressed enough to activate brake switch, PCM will release vacuum and disengage cruise control.
