Monitored & Set Conditions

EVAP purge flow is monitored with engine temperature greater than 170°F (77°C), fuel control in closed loop mode, engine idling for 2 minutes, Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) at less than 15.7 in. Hg, and barometric altitude at less than 8000 feet. DTC will set when after having passed the Leak Detection Pump (LDP) test, no air flow through the evaporative system is detected by the EVAP monitor.
