All Locks Inoperative From Passenger's Door Module

  1. Using scan tool, select BODY, then DOOR MODULES. Select PART NO. and VERSION NO. of Passenger's Door Module (PDM). If scan tool displays PDM PART NO. and VERSION NO., go to next step. If scan tool does not display PDM PART NO. and VERSION NO., go to BUS +/- SIGNALS OPEN FROM PASSENGER'S DOOR MODULE  under COMMUNICATIONS.
  2. Replace PDM. See POWER WINDOWS - GRAND CHEROKEE article. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
