Control Module: Installation

Insert sunroof express module in the keyway located in the sunroof module and slide the module outward to lock it into position.
Install the sunroof express module screw.
Connect the wire connectors to the sunroof express module.
Install the headliner into position.
Install the overhead console. See OVERHEAD CONSOLES article.
Install the sun visors.
- Install the retaining screw and support bracket.
- Position the sun visor in the vehicle.
- Connect the electrical harness for the lighted vanity mirror, if equipped.
- Attach the sun visor to the support bracket.
- Install the support bracket w/sun visor onto the headliner and roof panel.
Install the A-pillar trim.
1. Position A-pillar trim on A-pillar and, starting at the bottom, press into place. See Figure .
2. Using a trim stick or other suitable tool, carefully cover the edge of the trim with weatherstrip.
Test sunroof operation, adjust if necessary. See GLASS PANEL under ADJUSTMENTS.
