Test TC-15D - Speed Control Solenoid Circuits Or Speed Control Power Relay Circuits

NOTE: Perform TEST TC-15A  before proceeding. For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM) connectors. Inspect connectors and terminals for damage. Repair connectors and terminals as necessary and perform TEST SC-VER  . If connectors and terminals are okay, go to next step.
  2. Using an external ohmmeter check resistance of speed control (ON/OFF switch sense) power supply circuit (Yellow/Red wire) between PCM Gray connector terminal C11 and brake switch connector terminal No. 1. See Figure -Figure . If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace PCM and perform TEST SC-VER  . If resistance is 5 ohms or more, repair open speed control (ON/OFF switch sense) power supply circuit and perform TEST SC-VER  .
