Power Window Motor: Installation

  1. To install, place regulator inside door.
  2. Attach regulator to door using screws or the hardware kit supplied with a new regulator. DO NOT install the 2 screws that hold the bottom of the regulator.
  3. Connect wire harness connector to regulator.
  4. Attach door glass screw to 30 INCH lbs. (3.4 N.m.) torque.
  5. Install the last 2 screws.
  6. Use adhesive/sealant (3M 08044 or 08041), or equivalent, to reinstall plastic water dam sheet.
  7. Reverse remaining removal procedures to complete installation.
