Determine if malfunction is electrical or mechanical. The DRB-II tester identifies electrical faults. The road test pressure test, stall test and time lag test, plus the general diagnosis charts, help locate mechanical faults. These tests show condition of most important transmission components and should be checked to determine proper repair.
