| 1001 | Ignition line high. |
| 1004 | Battery voltage low. |
| 1005 | Sensor ground line out of limits. |
| 1006 | EGR/EVAP solenoid line low. |
| 1007 | EGR/EVAP solenoid line high. |
| 1008 | Power steering line low. |
| 1009 | Power steering line high. |
| 1012 | Ignition control module line low. |
| 1013 | Ignition control module line high. |
| 1014 | Fuel pump line low. |
| 1015 | Fuel pump line high. |
| 1016 | MAT sensor line low. |
| 1017 | MAT sensor line high. |
| 1018 | No serial data from ECU. |
| 1019 | B+ power latch relay not set. |
| 1021 | Engine failed to start due to mechanical, fuel or ignition problem |
| 1022 | Start line low. |
| 1025 | Wide Open Throttle Line low. |
| 1026 | Wide Open Throttle Line high. |
| 1027 | ECU sees Wide Open Throttle. |
| 1028 | ECU does not see Wide Open Throttle (WOT). |
| 1029 | Closed throttle line low. |
| 1030 | Closed throttle line high. |
| 1031 | ECU sees closed throttle. |
| 1032 | ECU does not see closed throttle. |
| 1033 | Idle speed increase line low. |
| 1034 | Idle speed increase line high. |
| 1035 | Idle speed decrease line low. |
| 1036 | Idle speed decrease line high. |
| 1037 | Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) reads low. |
| 1038 | Park/Neutral line high. |
| 1039 | Park/Neutral line low. |
| 1040 | Latched B+ line low. |
| 1041 | Latched B+ line high. |
| 1042 | No latched B+ .5 volt drop. |
| 1043 | Upshift light circuit grounded. |
| 1044 | Fault in upshift light circuit. |
| 1047 | Wrong ECU. |
| 1048 | Manual vehicle equipped with automatic ECU. |
| 1049 | Automatic vehicle equipped with manual ECU. |
| 1050 | Idle speed less than 500 RPM. |
| 1051 | Idle speed greater than 2000 RPM. |
| 1052 | MAP sensor out of limits. |
| 1053 | Change in MAP reading, out of limits. |
| 1054 | Coolant temperature sensor line low. |
| 1055 | Coolant temperature sensor line high. |
| 1056 | Inactive coolant temperature sensor. |
| 1065 | O2 sensor reads rich. |
| 1066 | O2 sensor reads lean. |
| 1067 | B+ power latch relay line low. |
| 1068 | B+ power latch relay line high. |
| 1069 | No tach. |
