Air Control Switch

Air control is a dual function control. With knob pushed in, no air will enter heater. When pulled to first position ("HEAT"), knob opens a door in fresh air inlet to allow fresh air into heater housing. When pulled completely out ("VENT"), it opens 2 additional doors, allowing fresh air to enter passenger compartment.
