Gearshift Linkage

Lubricate ball sockets. Install shift link with center-to-center dimension of 11" (280 mm) for 5-speed. See Fig 1 . Adjust gate selector link with center-to-center dimension of 4.1" (105 mm). Holding ball sockets in proper directions, tighten lock nut. Install gate selector link with fixed ball socket side mounted to gearshift lever.
