Catalytic Converter

Proper emission control is accomplished with the monolithic-type catalytic converter used with the CEC system. In order for the converter to be effective, precise control of the oxygen content of exhaust gases entering the converter is necessary; thus the need for the oxygen sensor, ECM and feedback carburetor.
