Turbo Boost Cut-Out Switch

A turbo boost cut-out switch is used to prevent turbocharger boost pressure from contacting the fuel injection pump diaphragm when engine temperature is above 239°F (115°C).

This switch is operated by coolant temperature and is located behind cold start thermostat capsule (attached to the injection unit), and is mounted in a coolant line fitting.
