DTC B1968-02: Lower Front Display Screen - General signal failure: Action

  1. Check that the interactive control display module is working, if the interactive control display module is working go to step  5. If there is no function go to step 2
  2. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 3, if the DTC is no longer set go to step  5
  3. Check the front infotainment control module software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the front infotainment control module and repeat step  2. If no software update is available go to step 4
  4. Check the interactive control display module for any internal failure Diagnostic Trouble Code(s)
  5. Check for other Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) relating to the customer concern and follow the DTC index
