C2004-14 Headlamp Washer Relay B - Circuit short to ground or open: Action

Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information and check the right headlamp washer pump relay circuit for short circuit to ground, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness or install a new right headlamp washer pump relay as necessary
