B12E7-23 Glove Box Switch - Signal stuck low: Action

NOTE: This DTC may be induced by the driver operating the lower glovebox latch switch for longer than 60 seconds.

Check the operation of the lower glovebox latch switch. Free the stuck switch or install a new lower glovebox latch switch as necessary
Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information and check the lower glovebox latch switch circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness or install a new lower glovebox latch switch as necessary
