B1095-14 Wiper On/Off Relay - Circuit short to ground or open: Action

Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information and check the windshield wiper motor on/off relay circuit for short circuit to ground, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness or install a new windshield wiper motor on/off relay as necessary
