B108C-23 Start Button Circuit B - Signal stuck low: Action

NOTE: This DTC may be induced by the driver operating the ignition switch for longer than 30 seconds.

Check the operation of the ignition switch. Install a new ignition switch as necessary
Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information and check the ignition switch signal 2 circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness or install a new ignition switch as necessary
