DTC U0080-81: Vehicle Communication Bus F - Invalid serial data received: Action

NOTE:
- Do not replace the restraints control module for this DTC
- The FlexRay wiring harness must not be repaired by making a localized wiring repair. A new wiring harness should be installed.
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the snapshot data (0xD020) to determine the missing message source control module. To decode the hexadecimal value of 0xD020 refer to the list below (DID D020 HEXADECIMAL RESPONSE - MISSING MESSAGE - MISSING MESSAGE SOURCE SYSTEM). Check the relevant control module for related Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and refer to the relevant DTC index. Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the Vehicle communication bus F (FlexRay) between the relevant control module (As indicated by the snapshot data) and the restraints control module

- If the fault persists, check and update the restraints control module and the source module of the signal with the latest level software
