DTC C111A-52: Right Stop Lamp - Not activated: Action

NOTE: To validate the repair use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to perform the diagnostic routine - Enable Protected Outputs (205E). The diagnostic routine can be located on the diagnostic equipment within "BCM - ECU functions". When complete run the engine for 10 seconds, stop the engine, run the engine for another 10 seconds and check the stop lamp function. Then use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to check this DTC is no longer set in the body control module. Alternatively use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to perform the diagnostic routine - On Demand Self Test. If the repair is successful this DTC will no longer be set within the body control module

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the right stop lamp circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
