DTC P3038-49: Vehicle Charging Electrical Inlet - Internal electronic failure: Action

Do not replace the Battery Charger Control Module (BCCM) for this DTC alone
Check the operation of the charging port indicators. Using the JLR approved diagnostic equipment, run application - ECU Diagnostics/Battery Charger Control Module (BCCM)/Clear Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). Retest. If the fault persists, raise a TA :
- Attempt to charge the vehicle with a known working Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment EVSE
- If the fault persists replace the indicator Light Emitting Diode (LED) on the charge port
- If the issue is not resolved, raise a TA :
- Attach the Pathfinder session file using 'Pathfinder Sessions'
- Use the DTC as a reference number in the Customer Comments field
- Describe primary and secondary diagnostics completed
