B148E-23 Secondary Tailgate Release Switch - Signal stuck low: Action

- Check the operation of the tailgate lower switch. Free the stuck switch or install a new tailgate lower switch as necessary
- Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS information and check the tailgate lower switch circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness or install a new tailgate lower switch as necessary
