12-way specification seating: Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the head restraint motor circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power. Repair circuit as required. Clear the DTCs and retest

8-way specification seating: Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the seat forward/rearward motor circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power. Repair circuit as required. Clear the DTCs and retest
