DTC B1096-14: Wiper High/Low Relay - Circuit short to ground or open: Action
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the windshield wiper motor fast/slow relay circuit for short circuit to ground, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness or install a new windshield wiper motor fast/slow relay as necessary
