DTC B1D97-96: Tilt Sensor - Component internal failure: Action
- Refer to the relevant system wiring diagrams and check the battery back-up sounder power or ground circuit(s) for open circuit, high resistance
- Refer to the relevant system wiring diagrams and check the battery back-up sounder LIN bus circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, clear the DTCs and retest. If the fault persists, install a new battery backup sounder
