DTC P2787-98: Clutch Temperature Too High - Component or system over temperature: Action

NOTE: This DTC may be set by an excessive number of gear shifts while driving.

Allow the transmission to cool. Refer to the relevant service information and check the automatic transmission fluid level and quality. Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, clear the DTCs and road test the vehicle. If the fault persists, install a new automatic transmission
