DTC B1096-12: Wiper High/Low Relay - Circuit short to battery: Action

Refer to the applicable system wiring diagram(s) and check wiper fast/slow relay control circuit for short circuit, to power. Repair wiring harness as required, clear the DTC and retest the system
If no wiring faults are present, check and install new wiper hi/low relay as required. Clear DTC and retest
