P1655-49: Starter Disable Circuit - Internal electronic failure: Action
- Check engine control module for additional DTCs and refer to relevant DTC index. Rectify these first
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system check and install latest relevant level of software to the engine control module
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system clear all stored DTCs using the `Diagnosis Menu' tab and retest
- Check and install a new engine control module as required
